- Best Lashes Supply may experience a high volume of orders during sales and holidays and you may experience shipping and processing delays.
- Best Lashes Supply is not responsible for lost packages if the wrong address was entered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate address and contact information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard shipping is on average 1-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during check out, and the location of your shipping address. Delivery time includes processing and shipping time.
Once your parcel leaves Best Lashes Supply, shipping times are dependent on the carrier. We cannot control when your package will be delivered
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return or exchange any unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order.
Liquid products, including adhesive, cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your adhesive contact our customer service via email at bestlashessupply@gmail.com
Payment for returns will be completed once items are received at the Best Lashes Supply warehouse. Shipping and Route costs are non-refundable.
